I like the companies who tell the candidates in interviews directly that you are not selected instead of telling them"will get back to you later".

A clear Rejection is always better than a fake promise.

I recently got rejected by "pi techniques" since I fucked up in their written exam itself and they said directly in my face chale Nikal c#***e...I have given many interviews and quite a few of them only say it on the spot.

Since it was in Nariman point after the interview I ate chole bhature, vada sambar, omelette pav, lassi cried a little... had a walk in marine drive and went home.

I have even received some offer letters but that's all from the companies I don't like( no infrastructure, looks like labour industry, haven't heard the name, old tech being used)..just gave the interview for the sake of it.

And the companies I like... rejects me all the time with amazing infrastructure cool workplace some even near to Marine drive. What else we need... that was pi techniques to me.

CONCLUSION:

That's natures law the things that are amazing to us feels great after achieving, we will do anything to get, are difficult or rather requires a tough journey to achieve it. But that's what we need and deserve.
