Access Dena re baba😡 (Developer's frustration)

I have worked in a couple of MNC's and have friends in many others and one common problem in all these organisations is getting things approved and start working. This whole blog will be from a developers point of view.

For instance I needed a local admin access privilege in my current company and for that there are a set of approvals I need to get approved and more than that we need to make them understand that why we need it, I guess only a 100 times each time a new guy comes in to see whats the issue we need to tell him the whole Ramayan from the start, by that time I might be writing my 30th or 40th mail and pleading for the access.

Once what had happened was all the infosec/STG/support/(people who are away or offline the most of the time in their life) guys, their managers and myself where in the call and we were deciding how to give me local admin access in client location.

Since I was in client location it's a bit challenging to give me access without connecting to the companies LAN.

But instead of discussing the problems the head of the Support team starts asking me why I need the access, is your ticket approved, who approved it, how did you raise a ticket etc. And straight away tells in the face that NO we cannot give access.

Now let me repeat, my manager, support guy, his manager and then his manger's manager, u get my point all 3 levels of managers are there in the call and yeaah c#***ye ko approval ki padi hai.

Abe b@$@%ke tera manger mera manager,tera manager ka baap sab kya h!%%ane ke liye boite hai, sab ne approval diya hai isleye toh discussion horaha hai na .

And what does NO means fucking asshole first at least try to understand the situation and then comment on it right?

C#****e client location me hu abhi, samjha na b#**we, same location me hota na j@@t# muh phod deta tera.

CONCLUSION:
Well that's all bullshit I will never do that but that was my intention, because anyone in client location can guess my situation here I am busy working and figuring out how to work with the client and his new f#*k all software's but at the same time we need to talk with our local STG or Support people to get our basic things to start working.
