When he needs any work urgently to be done, he calls me.
When he has any doubts in the technical field he calls me.
When he wants someone to stay the whole night as support to the client he calls me.
When client escalation happens, he calls me.
When everyone goes home and if he wants someone to come back to the office from home he calls me.

But,

I don't know what happens after that, "kyuki phone hi nahi uthata, mc😡 (Most Clever)."

No matter you mail him with requests he doesn't reply, and we can't copy any senior person in it.

We cannot escalate that since he is my manager, "baad meim meri hi marega."

He does not call me but after some time, since it's my work he messages me with "Anything urgent ?."

Now going home early, is not something which is urgent for him, issues that I face at work might not be urgent for him.

If I message him the issue in the project he will consider me as in-competent since I am not able to solve it.

So I replied, "Nothing urgent" but needed to talk with you.

And I waited for his the call.

At Last, when he calls me before I start saying anything, he allocates me some new urgent task.
Apna kam gaya teel lene.

but  I would suggest you to wait till the moment when they don't get, what they want from you. And then you tell me their reaction.
