I was writing some stuff in the blog and suddenly my departmental head came behind me saw my screen and went straight to his desk.

After sometime I got a call from my manager.
What the hell were you doing Vinayak?
You should be working right now all your hobbies need to be done after work...

I apologize for this I was just taking a break from regular work that's it, I never thought that it would create such an issue...

After sometime...
I received Escalation emails about my work and some more tasks were assigned to me.

As soon as I received that mail I went to his cabin to clarify that what did I do wrong in order to escalate things so much...But he was busy...reading a book.
